GRILLED MEATS
Served with half of any of the salads and one of the sides.

Grilled Steak:
6 oz. of top sirloin, marinated overnight in our green onion and spiced adobo.

Grilled Chicken:
6 oz. breast, marinated overnight in our green onion and spiced adobo.

Grilled Pork:
6 oz. of Pork Loin, marinated overnight in our green onion pineapple and spiced adobo.

Grilled Tofu:
6 oz. of tofu marinated overnight in our green onion and spiced adobo.

SIDES
Spinach Rice: Steamed white rice with spinach, garlic and spices.
Carrot Rice: Steamed white rice with carrots, garlic and spices.
Brown Rice: Steamed brown rice with garlic and spices.
Steamed Salted Potato.
Corn on the cob or avocado.

SALADS (all natural)

Classic Garden:
Lettuce mix, diced tomatoes, cucumbers and celery, garnished with red onions and our homemade Herbs Ranch Dressing.

Bacon Spinach:
Spinach, sliced mushrooms and Kalamata olives, chopped eggs and bacon, garnished with red onions, croutons and ourhomemade Honey Mustard Dressing.

Tropical:
Romaine lettuce, corn, diced red bell peppers, cucumber and tomatoes, garnished with Cheddar Cheese and tortilla chips & our homemade Light Viaigrette.

Spinach:
Spinach, chopped cucumbers and red onions, shredded carrots and sliced radishes, garnished with Feta Cheese & our homemade Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.

Apple Spinach:
Spinach, diced green apples, dried cranberries, and garnished with chopped walnuts & our homemade Light Orange Vinaigrette.

Sauteed Seasonal Veggies:
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sliced Carrots and Yellow Zucchini, sauteed in a touch of vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Seasonal Fruit: Diced fresh fruit, served with our natural Vanilla Yogurt Dressing.
